2.0 Battery

O.penVAPE pens are easy-to-use and operate. Simply screw on your favorite O.penVAPE essential oil vape pen cartridge and pull for up to 8-seconds for the Perfect Puff every time. If you have our 2.0 Variable Voltage Battery there are a few extra bells and whistles. If it doesn’t work upon inhale, simply click the stylus tip 5X to turn on the battery and it will illuminate. You can also change heat settings by clicking 2X. For optimal performance, charge the pen fully before use (allow 3-4 hours for the first three charges). If you’re using an O.penVAPE 2.0 battery initiate rapid-charge mode for a 30-minute full charge!

O.penVAPE pens are 510 thread size, and should work with most cartridges out there, but we do always recommend using our pens with our cartridges for the best results. The most common compatibility issue we see is that people are not using an O.penVAPE battery and an O.penVAPE cartridge together, or using a button activated cartridge with our pens.

Not a problem! There is a quick solution to any battery issue. A flashing light means 1. The battery is dead and needs a charge. 2. It is having a connection issue. For the VARIABLE VOLTAGE 2.0 BATTERY you can click the tip of the pen 3 times to see if the pen is dead. If flashing RED this is a connection issue. Connection issues are caused either because the cartridge is not meant for our vaporizer, or because the connection plates are not meeting. Check our troubleshooting video for more information. WHITE flashing lights on the 2.0 Battery signal an airflow issue. This could be a clogged cartridge or connection area. Clean the connection areas of the pen with rubbing alcohol, and then if necessary, insert a paperclip to remove any blockage. If your 2.0 battery is flashing white, please doubleclick to change settings to ensure you are not on the wax setting. For the O.RIGINAL BATTERY clean off all connection areas with rubbing alcohol. This remove any residue that may have been blocking the connection. If cleaning did not work, use a paperclip to lift up the connection plate of your battery and/or cartridge. You have walked to the end of the earth and back....and the pen still will not work. You have tried all the tricks to get your pen working and it still won't. All you need is the O.penVAPE Return form found on our warranty page. Send us your battery along with the return form to the address at the top of the form. We will then send out a brand new pen and charger to replace your old friend once your pen arrives. It will even be the same color, unless you specify on the form that you would like to change the color. Replacements of original batteries will not be able to be upgraded to a 2.0 battery, but 2.0 batteries will be allowed to swap out for 2 original batteries if they so choose. You will be responsible for the one way shipping cost to send us your batteries, but we will take it from there! Or you can choose our 10$ replacement if you prefer not to mail the pen to us for replacement. Cartridges of O.penVAPE will not be replaced by the company under any circumstance, as it is illegal to ship or receive cannabis products in the mail.
